  • How long does the shipping take?
    New orders ship within 3-5 business days unless noted differently in the product description. ​ The orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 2-7 business days shipping time for domestic orders and 6-15 business days for international orders.
  • Can I return/exchange my order?
    All tapestry sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any products. ​ Please check your tapestry as soon as you receive it. Email me at marina@moonsanctuary.shop within 3 days if the wall hanging you received is damaged, defected or if you receive the wrong order.
  • How do I hang my tapestry?
    Unique design allows to display the tapestry in a variety of shapes providing versatility throughout your space. Your wall hanging comes with invisible mounting brackets attached and a set of drywall anchors. Step by step instructions on how to hang your tapestry will be included with your order.
  • How do I take care of my tapestry?
    You can periodically use a lint roller to remove any dust that collects on the wall hanging. Avoid getting the fibers wet as you risk to damage the tapestry and transfer the dye on the wall. The wood panels can be wiped with a damp cloth.
  • Can I order a custom piece?
